Leadership wins...period!  Leadership is something done in partnership with others.  Leadership done alone, is leadership done wrong.  The Carnegie Institute, in its research on successful leaders, discovered success is 15% technical ability.  A large part of the remaining 85% is a leaders' ability to work with others.  At Lead Strong, we coach and inspire leaders to build their people capacity.  

We believe that we are all leaders-we don't choose it, it chooses us.  Where leadership is concerned, we choose how well we'll do it.  How do we know how well we're doing?  Communication!  John Maxwell says leadership rises and falls on communication.  When we communicate effectively, we establish credibility, which is like oxygen to the leader.  As leaders, we are always propagating messages.  There are two parts to our communication messages-what we say and what we do.  To the degree to which the two parts align, is the degree to which we win -  both individually and collectively.  At Lead Strong, we are passionate about the alignment of those messages, which ultimately improves leadership effectiveness and organizational results.
